The Hellenic American Women's Council (HAWC) will join "Greece 2021" and "Spetses 2021" to celebrate our Greek identity and cultural heritage, and commemorate 200 years from the Greek Revolution of 1821 that established Greece as an Independent Nation. “Greece 2021” invites Hellenes and PhilHellenes from around the world to come to Greece and celebrate.
HAWC is hosting a three-day conference to honor and celebrate four extraordinary Greek women who defied the prescribed roles for women in their century and emerged as powerful heroines and role models for all of us:

Despina Achladioti - Lady of Ro - 20th Century
Stella Kokolis - 21st Century – “Aristeon Award” Honoree and Keynote Speaker
